The highlight of the event was the official launch of the HIROI BS6 School Bus in the Nepali market. The vehicle was jointly unveiled by Ms. Suman Nagpal, Country Manager for Nepal from SML Mahindra Limited, and Mr. Sanjay Khadka, Sales & After-Sales Head, Laxmi Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd.
Speaking on the occasion, company representatives stated that the HIROI School Bus has been introduced with the objective of providing a safer, more modern, and reliable transportation solution for Nepal,s educational institutions.
According to the company, the HIROI School Bus is available in 36 to 56 seating capacity
variants, in compliance with the Government of Nepal’s standards for school buses. The range
enables schools of different sizes to select the model that best suits their operational
requirements.
The HIROI BS6 School Bus is built in accordance with BS6 Phase-II (OBD-II) emission standards and is equipped with advanced technologies such as Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill Start Assist, Electronic Hydraulic Control Unit (EHCU), Multi-Information Meter Cluster, Gear Coaching System, and Power & Economy Driving Mode. These features contribute to enhanced safety, improved fuel efficiency, and superior operational performance.
In addition, the bus offers spacious and comfortable seating, an advanced suspension system, low operating and maintenance costs, excellent fuel efficiency, and dependable after-sales service.
