KATHMANDU: The government is set to unveil its Common Minimum Program (CMP) today evening.
A meeting of the coalition leaders decided to unveil the CMP today, according to a leader, who participated in a meeting at Baluwatar, said.
The CMP, prepared by the task force of the ruling coalition, has identified nine major topics as priorities.
The task force includes members, including Ramesh Lekhak of Nepali Congress, Shakti Basnet of Maoist Center, Rajendra Shrestha of Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal, and Bijay Paudel of Unified Socialist.
According to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda’s Secretariat, the CMP will be given a final touch by the ruling coalition leaders and unveiled on Thursday itself.
