Nepali Congress (NC) leader Dr Shekhar Koirala said the party should be enabled to fight alone in the upcoming election. Inaugurating the joint conference of NCV Morang province constituency number 5(2), 6(2) and metropolis committee province constituency and metropolis this evening, he emphasized the need of developing robust organization across the country to enable NC to fight in the election alone.
“I promise to get connected with party colleagues and the people from today onward”, he said, claiming NC would come back to its previous position while remaining together with the people across the country in every happy and sad moment.
The recently-held by-election has imparted big lessons for the NC, he said, underlining the need of addressing lapses surfaced in the party. Dr Koirala further said the incompetent combatants should be provided with employment opportunity rather than financial incentives
