Ambassador of Switzerland to Nepal, Elisabeth von Capeller, had a farewell visit to President Ram Chandra Paudel on Friday. Ambassador Capeller is returning home after completing her five and half years’ term.
During the meeting held at Sheetal Niwas, President Paudel said Swiss government’s good will to Nepal’s development and the Nepali people is exemplary. Information to this was shared by President Paudel’s foreign affairs expert, Dr Suresh Chandra Chalise.
On the occasion, President Paudel expressed the belief that the relations between the two countries would be further strengthened in coming days. The President also lauded the contribution of Ambassador Capeller in further strengthening relations between the two countries during her tenure.
