Ltd. is thrilled to announce its first Special KFCin Kathmandu, Nepal operated majorly by specially-abled speech and hearing-impaired women workforce. The restaurant is staffed with passionate and dedicated team of ten specially-abled individuals, well trained and equipped with skills to manage an entire restaurant. This groundbreaking initiative marks a significant milestone in DIL &KFC’s journey towards fostering a culture of an inclusive organisation and creating equal opportunities for all.
Our Special team’s enthusiasm and dedication embodies the spirit of International Sign Language Day, where communication transcends words.With thoughtful design, innovative tools, and extensive training, KFC has ensured to aid the teamtoserve and delight the customers.
Elated with the announcement, Rajat Luthra, CEO of KFC India & Nepal at Devyani International, expressed his joy over the first-ever restaurant operated by an inclusive workforce comprising of majority specially-abled speech and hearing-impaired women, and pledged his unwavering support in the transformative influence of having an inclusive and diverse workforce.
