Gandaki, Oct 24: Chief of Gandaki Province Prithivi Man Gurung said Bijayadashami is a symbol of the victory of truth over falsehood.
In a message of best wishes on the occasion of Bijayadashami, he said the Bijayadashami festival celebrated as a symbol of the victory of truth over falsity has a special significance.
In the message, the festival is expected to end untruths along with anger, greed, injustice, tyranny, illness, hunger and grief.
Similarly, he expressed best wishes for everyone’s happiness, peace, prosperity, health, longevity and progress while strengthening the national unity and the spirit of mutual harmony, tolerance and cooperation among all Nepali people.
