— Tea on an empty stomach in the morning increases the amount of acid in the body due to the caffeine content it contains, and it causes digestive problems.
— As there is a lot of acid in tomato, consuming it on an empty stomach increases the risk of acidity. Therefore, it is better not to eat tomato dishes in the morning when you wake up.
— Since milk contains more saturated and protein content, consuming milk and other dairy products on an empty stomach in the morning weakens the stomach muscles.
— Eating bananas on an empty stomach in the morning will disturb the balance of calcium and magnesium. It threatens to spoil the body’s digestive process.
