Kathmandu, Jan 2: USAID is set to host a “Work with USAID” event in Nepalgunj on January 26, 2024 to provide information on how to work with USAID, said the USAID Nepal.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about how to find opportunities to work with USAID/Nepal, the types of partnership opportunities that can be explored, and the funding opportunity process.
USAID Nepal has requested all interested Nepali organisations in Sudurpaschim and Karnali provinces to attend and register in advance.
USAID will respond with an email confirming registration, and details of the location and time of the conference, it said. The interested people must have a registration confirmation in order to attend the event. Seats are limited to 100 participants.
So, only one slot per organisation will be allotted and reservations will be given to the first 100 respondents, said the USAID Nepal. However, organisations may propose up to two people, identifying the order of priority for the two proposed individuals. The second proposed individual will be placed on a waiting list, and their invitation to attend will be confirmed separately by USAID.
Interested Nepali organisations should register in advance through a google form (the link below) by 5 pm (Nepal Time) on January 10, 2024.
