Kathmandu, Jan 3: Nepal Mountain Academy (NMA), the government-owned mountaineering educational institution, has honoured Seven Summit Treks (SST).
The trekking and expedition company based in Kathmandu has been admired for successfully making the arrangements for the Thorong Peak Mountaineering Research Expedition-BMS-NMA-2023, said the NMA.
The NMA President Ungdi Tshiring Sherpa and the Nepal Tourism Board Director Mani Raj Lamichhane jointly handed over a certification of appreciation to SST’s Executive Director Pasang Phurba Sherpa amid a function here.
Organised by NMA, SST managed the Thorong Peak (6144 metres) for the third batch of Bachelor of Mountaineering Studies Academic Mountaineers from October 1 to 16, 2023.
