Kathmandu, Feb 2: Indian actor and model Poonam Pandey has passed away today. She was at 32. She died due to cervical cancer, according to her official Instagram account.
“This morning is a tough one for us. We are deeply saddened to inform you that we have lost our beloved Poonam to cervical cancer. Every living form that ever came in contact with her was met with pure love and kindness. In this time of grief, we would request for privacy while we remember her fondly for all that we shared,” reads her Instagram post.
Poonam from Kanpur was first appeared in movie ‘Nasha’ in 2013. She was praised in the movie where she played a teacher who get romantically involved with a student. Her latest professional appearance was in the first season of a reality show, ‘Lock Upp’ hosted by Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut.
