To encourage women in the field of information technology and to honor the contribution they have made in this field, Ncell is going to present the Women Icon ICT Award.
Ncell will present the award at the grand finale event of Nepal’s most prestigious ICT Awards to be held at The Soaltee Kathmandu on Friday.
It is said that the winner of the ‘Ncell Women Icon ICT Award’ will be given a cash prize amount of 3 lakhs and certificate as well.
For the past 2 years, Ncell has been presenting the Women Icon ICT Award to honor and motivate women in the field of information and communication technology.
Last year, Nepal’s first female computer engineer, Guna Keshari Pradhan, was honored with the ‘Ncell Woman Icon ICT Award’.
In order to encourage women in the field of information technology and to appreciate the contribution they have made in this field, in accordance with the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policy, Ncell has joined the ICT Award and is going to present this award.
The grand finale of the ICT Award will be held on the 8th of January at the Soaltee Kathmandu with the participation of high personalities from the government and private sectors. At the finale, ICT Awards will be distributed in more than 12 categories including the Woman Icon ICT Award.
