Nuwakot, March 30: Former President Dr Ram Baran Yadav has suggested that politicians should work for the development of a bright future for the country through true implementation of the constitution.
Addressing the Golden Jubilee celebration of Chhetrapal Secondary School at Likhu Rural Municipality-4 in Nuwakot district on Friday, the first President of the country expressed confidence that the country could be taken to prosperity if the constitution was implemented in its true spirit adding that the present constitution is filled with the best features.
On the occasion, Dr Yadav pointed out the need for reforms in the education and agriculture sectors for the country’s development. He also requested the students and youths in Nuwakot to enjoy in the district itself in farming adding that the land here is as fertile as in Tarai.
During the event, former minister Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat said the investment made in the education sector will not go in vain and termed it an invaluable sector.
He urged the parents not to compromise in educating their kids and asked the parents to fully utilize the support extended by the state and their families.
“There is an immense potential for employment within the country through the adoption of skill-based education,” Dr Mahat added.
