Bara: Upendra Yadav,chairman of Janata Samajbadi Party has taken early lead in Bara-2 By-election.
Yadav has secured 513 votes while Purushottam Poudel secured 419.
Likewise, Matshivachandra Kushwaha of Janamat Party bagged 487 votes.
