Ambassador CORTEVAL praised ACF Nepal’s efforts, emphasizing France’s commitment to global nutrition and its support for Nepal’s health
The upcoming Nutrition for Growth Summit, to be held in Paris, is expected to bring together global leaders, policymakers, and organizations to renew commitments to improving nutrition and achieving Sustainable Development Goal 2 (Zero Hunger). The summit will provide a platform for countries like Nepal to showcase their progress and challenges, while also securing support for future initiatives.
Nepal has made significant strides in reducing malnutrition in recent years, but challenges remain, particularly in remote and underserved regions. ACF Nepal’s work, supported by international partners like France, has been critical in addressing these gaps and ensuring that nutrition remains a priority on the national agenda.
As the global community prepares for the Nutrition for Growth Summit, the collaboration between France and ACF Nepal serves as a model for how international partnerships can drive meaningful change in the fight against malnutrition. Both parties expressed optimism about the future and reaffirmed their commitment to working together to improve nutrition outcomes in Nepal and beyond.
