Kathmandu, March 28: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is to address the meeting of the House of Representatives on March 31.
Chief Whip of the CPN (UML), Mahesh Bartaula, said Prime Minister Oli would address the HoR meeting on the issue of parliament obstruction and replacement bills.
The opposition parties have been obstructing parliament meeting for the past three days on the issue of removing Kul Man Ghising from the post of Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority.
