KATHMANDU: A meeting of the ruling alliance taken place at the official residence of the Prime Minister on Sunday decided to seek vote of confidence from all political parties represented in the House of Representatives (HoR).
The meeting also decided to give a final touch to the government’s common minimum programme (CMP) soon and formally unveil it, according to the Prime Minister’s press coordinator Surya Kiran Sharma.
Likewise, the top leaders discussed the issues of power sharing for the formation of province governments. It is learnt that the parties have almost reached a conclusion over the formation of governments in all seven provinces.
Prime Minister and Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli, Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister, also the Chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party, Rabi Lamichhane, Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Rajendra Lingden, Janata Samajwadi Party Chairman Upendra Yadav and Janamat Party Chairman CK Raut were present at the meeting.
