Kathmandu, Aug 30: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has asked people to practice and benefit from yoga. Stating that a yogic society would help in achieving peace, happiness and prosperity, he urged people to follow discipline and make positive changes. The PM was speaking at a yoga session here today.
“We should work with the feeling that I will not commit violence and corruption, I will not tell lies, and I will not interfere others’ rights and envy personal property,” he said, “Yoga and meditation keep the heart and brain healthy. That is why yoga should be given special importance.”
Political leaders, including Speaker of the House of Representatives, Speaker of the National Assembly, and lawmakers also attended the session. Ramesh Nepal was a trainer for the session.
