Kathmandu, Jan 20: One more person has been arrested in connection with the assault on senior advocate Dinesh Kumar Tripathi.
The arrested is Sita Devi Rai aka Sheetal, 55, from Buddha Shanti rural municipality-4 in Jhapa. The arrest was made today by the District Police Range, Kathmandu.
Tripathi was attacked by a group of individuals last Wednesday (January 15), while crossing the road in front of the Kathmandu District Court. He left the court after representing victims in a case related to the misappropriation of cooperative funds. The accused was at large since the incident.
Earlier, two persons were apprehended for their alleged involvement in the offence.
