Kathmandu, Feb 6: President Ramchandra Paudel has expressed grief over the demise of Chairman of Bhanu Literary Committee and former secretary, Bijay Raj Bhattarai. The President said he was aggrieved over the death of Bhattarai, a dedicated and honest civil servant.
The Head of State extended condolences to the bereaved family members on Wednesday. “I’m shocked to hear the demise of former civil servant Bhattarai. He was a brilliant and devoted person since school age. His passing away is a huge loss to country,” President Paudel mentioned in a condolence message.
The President’s condolence message was relayed to the concerned family by President’s press advisor, Kiran Pokhrel, and daughter Abagya Paudel.
