Kathmandu : Minister for Forest and Environment Ain Bahadur Shahi Thakuri met with his Brazilian counterpart Marina Silva in New Delhi, India. Currently, Minister Shahi is in New Delhi to attend the World Sustainable Development Summit 2025.
During the meeting, Minister Shahi and Brazil’s Environment and Climate Change Minister Silva discussed the diverse issues of mutual cooperation including the areas of climate change, Minister Shahi’s secretariat said.
Likewise, Minister Shahi has extended an invitation to Brazil’s Minister for her participation to the Sagarmatha Sambaad to take place in Kathmandu from 16 to 18 May.
