Birtamode – Laxmi Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., the sole distributor of SML Isuzu vehicles in Nepal, successfully organized Customer Meet 2025 in Birtamode, Jhapa. Laxmi Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. has been providing sales, service, and spare parts of SML Isuzu buses and trucks—manufactured in India using Japanese technology—all under one roof.
Known for their reliability and effectiveness in Nepal’s terrain and market, SML Isuzu vehicles have maintained consistent popularity over the years. Particularly in the school bus segment, the brand has held a leading position for a long time in Nepal.
More than 150 customers from different regions participated in the program. The program began with a presentation about Laxmi Group and SML Isuzu. Following this, Mr. Ramhari Thapaliya, Bus Incharge at Laxmi Commercial Vehicles, highlighted the technical features and benefits of SML Isuzu vehicles. Mr. Sanjay Khadka, Head of Sales and After-Sales Service, emphasized the company’s focus on service expansion and customer satisfaction.
He reiterated the company’s commitment to prioritize customer feedback and promised to deliver even better service in the days ahead. Organized with the objective of enhancing customer satisfaction and long-term partnership, this program has further strengthened the image of the SML Isuzu brand in the Jhapa region, the company stated.
