Jhapa, Feb 23: Chairman of the CPN (UML), KP Sharma Oli, who is contesting the House of Representatives (HoR) election from Jhapa constituency-5, has said the party is in favour of peaceful politics and stability.
Addressing a party-programme in Damak today, he reiterated that the UML strongly stands in favour of peaceful election, underlining the need to create an atmosphere in which voters can cast their ballots confidently.
He also utilised the time to say that the party-aligned ‘National Volunteer Force’ was not formed just for election purposes, but with a long-term vision of contributing to the national security.
