Kathmandu : Hearing on a case relating to Rastriya Swatantra Party President Rabi Lamichhane would be conducted in a full bench.
The case of organized crime and money laundering involving President Lamichhane would be heard in the full bench of Supreme Court.
A division bench of Justices Binod Sharma and Abdul Ajij Musalman issued such order on Sunday, according to Spokesperson at SC, Arjun Prasad Koirala.
Then Attorney General Sabita Bhandari Baral had decided to withdraw the case of organized crime and money laundering against Lamichhane.
Against the Attorney General’s decision, advocates Avas Regmi and Yubraj Paudel and senior advocate Dinesh Tripathi had filed separate writ petitions at SC.
