Kathmandu, July 29: President of the ruling Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rabi Lamichhane, has called for an all-party meeting today to discuss contemporary issues, including the Sunsari incident.
The meeting has been summoned for 8:00 am at the meeting hall of Singha Durbar-based Public Accounts Committee, House of Representatives, according to party General Secretary Bipin Kumar Acharya.
It is said the political parties represented in the federal parliament, including parties led by Upendra Yadav, Mahantha Thakur, and CK Raut have been invited to the meeting.
Earlier, the party President had written to the political parties, inviting them to the meeting, and personally contacted their leaders by phone to ensure their participation, Acharya said.
