Kathmandu, Aug 4: The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) is scheduled for 1:00pm today.
On behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, is presenting the sixth annual report of the Commission for Indigenous Nationalities for the fiscal year, 2081/82 in the HoR meeting.
Similarly, a discussion will be held on the motion of public importance presented by parliamentary party leader of the Nepali Congress, Bhishma Raj Angdambe.
Angdambe’s motion of public importance features identification, protection and rehabilitation of the landless, squatters and dwellers on unorganized spaces; compensation, basic health, food, and schooling to their children; and distribution of land ownership certificates. The supporters of the proposal are Ain Bahadur Mahar, Yubraj Dulal and Aren Rai.
